Complete SEF manual screen and stencil printing kit for efficiently depositing solder paste onto PCB's. Included:

Batch Reflow Oven (suitable for lead-free)

MRO Automatic convection reflow for gentle and accurate heating; also suitable for adhesive curing. Automatic drawer movement. Any 4 digit number can be used to store a specific profile, each consisting of preheat and solder temperatures and their durations. A viewing window makes setting up easier—first pass success assured!

Two batch reflow oven sizes available: max. PCB sizes 160 x 200 and 350 x 250mm. Options for Nitrogen and PC Control are now also available.

Only needs normal single phase 13A outlet. Conveyor ovens also available.

Surface Mount Pick and Place Machine

Surface mount pick and place machine suitable for assembling prototype and low-volume pcbs at rates of up to 500cph. Range of convenient component feeders also avaliable.
